We write in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to support.

Section 1

Cookies

The site sets only strictly necessary cookies. They are needed to give you what you asked for, so they cannot be turned off here, and there is no consent banner for them.

Cookie	What for	When it is set	Lifetime
__Host-retv_lang	Remembers the language you picked	Only when you pick a language in the language switch	1 year
__Host-retv_s	Keeps you signed in	Only after you sign in	Up to 90 days, renewed while you keep using the site
retv_g	Tells your browser apart from others so the service can work without an account (not used for tracking)	On your first request to our servers	30 days
__Host-retv_o	Protects sign-in with a provider against forged requests	Only while you sign in with a provider	10 minutes

Section 2

Browser storage

The site also keeps a few things in your browser’s own storage so it can work. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Storage	What for
localStorage	Your language, the “hide offer” flag and the banners you dismissed
IndexedDB	Your progress in the setup wizard
sessionStorage	The ReTV Bridge session token and your real-TV choice; cleared when you close the tab

Section 3

What we do not use

The site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask before turning anything on. You can erase everything stored by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
